A compact two-storey timber frame cottage for up to 4 people. A traditional four-slope roof construction with roof-windows, ensuring maximum natural light on both floors. The design proposes an open, partially wrap-around terrace extension for outdoor grilling and leisure.
The entrance is organized through the start of the terrace/porch area, where a storage unit and chimney are located. Further leading through a dining area and living room combined, the space concludes with a stairway leading up to the 2nd floor. On the right of the stairway is a washroom and a sauna with a dressing area.
The second floor sleeps up to 4 people with a seperate double-bedroom and a master's with a small leisure area. The area can be used for additional storage space as well.

The price for the solid timber frame structure - €15,889 (excl VAT) EXW factory, based on the configuration shown in the last illustration.
The structure is designed for installation on strip foundations. Roof cladding, roofing, terrace flooring and other finishing elements should be selected according to your preferences within the project scope, or to match existing buildings. Quantities and details are available upon request and are included in the project package, which also contains foundation and floor plans, elevations, sections, and more.
