A two-storey timber frame cabin - guest house for 4-6 people. A traditional four-sloped roof construction with a partial wrap-around terrace as and outdoor leisure area. Suitable for both countryside or the urban environment.

The main entrance is located in the rear of the home, consisting of a wardrobe area, a washroom and additional storage/technical area. Further on towards the terrace is a kitchen area with a fireplace, which also serves as a dining area, concluding with a living room and of course, the terrace.

Moving on upstairs are two bedrooms – both with double beds, one serving as a master bedroom with additional space. Sunlight is ensured through the roof windows in both bedrooms and the stairway area. The larger master bedroom can be converted into a double bedroom with single beds, the space allowing for that.

The price for the solid timber frame structure - €16,061 (excl VAT) EXW factory, based on the configuration shown in the last illustration.

The structure is designed for installation on strip foundations. Wall cladding, roofing, and other finishing elements should be selected according to your preferences within the project scope, or to match existing buildings. Quantities and details are available upon request and are included in the project package, which also contains foundation and floor plans, elevations, sections, and more.
