A two-storey log cabin for 4-5 people. Perfect as a countryside guest house or a summer villa for a family. A traditional look with plenty of living space – both inside and out.
The first floor consists of two entries – and additional entry from the terrace side. The main entryway has a dressing area and a washroom next to it, followed by a bedroom. Then follows an open-plan kitchen and living-space, visually oriented to a spatious terrace.
Coming up to the second floor – a cozy living room and a double bedroom next to the staircase. The additional living space allows for spatial separation in case of housing guests upstairs.

The price for the solid log house structure - €29,516 (excl VAT) EXW factory, based on the configuration shown in the last illustration.
The structure is designed for installation on strip foundations. Cladding, roofing, and other finishing elements should be selected according to your preferences within the project scope, or to match existing buildings. Quantities and details are available upon request and are included in the project package, which also contains foundation and floor plans, elevations, sections, and more.
