Timber frame grill house - pavilion 25 m². A spacious and functional grill cabin is designed for year-round outdoor cooking and dining. With a building area of 25 m2, it features a central fireplace as the heart of the space—ideal for gathering, grilling, and socializing.
Constructed with a minimal timber frame, the structure includes perimeter glazing, offering panoramic views and a sense of openness. The glass can be customized to suit your preferences, including options such as standard glass, tempered glass, laminated (triplex) glass, tinted glass, organic glass or monolithic polycarbonate. All glazing is frameless, secured with glazing battens for a clean, modern appearance.
The cabin includes floor construction, making it suitable for a variety of sites and climates. Closed wall sections are filled with plywood panels, providing both structural integrity and aesthetic contrast.

The price for the solid timber frame structure - € 5,227 (excl VAT) EXW factory, based on the configuration shown in the last illustration.
The structure is designed for installation on pale foundations. Roofing, and other finishing elements should be selected according to your preferences within the project scope, or to match existing buildings. Quantities and details are available upon request and are included in the project package, which also contains foundation and floor plans, elevations, sections, and more.
