Large Barn – A 119 m² timber frame farm building with a spacious attic. Traditional construction and form are paired with a modern facade, combining classic craftsmanship with contemporary design.

Four gates are positioned along the side facade. A generous roof overhang offers protection even when the gates are open during rain, enhancing convenience for everyday farm work.

The attic is exceptionally spacious – ideal for storage or a hobby area. Roof dormers provide views in all four directions. Full-height windows in the gable walls allow easier access, especially when moving in larger items. It could also serve as a sleeping area, though additional insulation would be needed for that purpose.

The building features practical metal cladding with an anti-condensation coating on the inside. This layer also helps create a quieter indoor environment during rainfall. Wooden gutters and bargeboards outline the form, giving the metal-clad structure the look and feel of a traditional timber building.

Extensive glazing, using cellular polycarbonate on a lightweight ANYFRAME timber frame, provides excellent natural lighting for the interior. This solution is also cost-effective.

The price for the solid timber frame structure EXW factory - €20,000 (excl VAT), based on the configuration shown in the last illustration.

The structure is designed for installation on either pier or strip foundations. Wall cladding, roofing, and other finishing elements should be selected according to your preferences within the project scope, or to match existing buildings. Quantities and details are available upon request and are included in the project package, which also contains foundation and floor plans, elevations, sections, and more.
