A 2-storey barn / garage. Similar to the A9 barn, though more spacious. This project can house several vehicles, as well as providing an enclosed space for it. Architecturally traditional and simple with a bit of traditional carpentry accents. A multi functional project for the countryside home or farm house.

The first floor mainly serves as a carport for vehicles up to 2,7 m in height, therefore multifunctional. A bathroom and storage space is provided on the right wing of the construction.

The second floor serves as a guest house/flat, consisting of an open-plan kitchen and living room, as well as a double bedroom on the further end of the shed. The kitchen area design is visible through the exterior of the roof construction as well, accentuating the zone and ensuring daylight.

The price for the solid timber frame structure - € 15,193 (excl VAT) EXW factory, based on the configuration shown in the last illustration.

The structure is designed for installation on pale foundations. Wall cladding, roofing, and other finishing elements should be selected according to your preferences within the project scope, or to match existing buildings. Quantities and details are available upon request and are included in the project package, which also contains foundation and floor plans, elevations, sections, and more.
