A two-storey combined barn /carport. Architecturally traditional and simple with a bit of traditional carpentry accents. With a total of 49 m², the construction is especially suited for a spatious countryside property.

The plan is divided in two – exterior space for car parking and an enclosed shed area taking up the other half of it. A simple construction with a lower roof extension on the fully enclosed facade of the shed.

Coming up to the second floor – by the exterior staircase – is an enclosed space for interpretation. As there is a shed on the ground floor level already, the second floor just might be suitable for housing guests or setting up an office.

Timber frame structure

The price for the solid timber frame structure - € 11,524 (excl VAT) EXW factory, based on the configuration shown in the last illustration.

The structure is designed for installation on pale foundations. Wall cladding, roofing, and other finishing elements should be selected according to your preferences within the project scope, or to match existing buildings. Quantities and details are available upon request and are included in the project package, which also contains foundation and floor plans, elevations, sections, and more.
